A Life Well Lived
Sister Carolyn Singleton blessed Friendship Baptist Church with her golden voice for over thirty years. As a founding member of the Gospel Choir, her soprano could lift the entire congregation to their feet. Born on Christmas Day, she was a gift to everyone who knew her. Beyond her musical talents, Sister Singleton served faithfully in the Deaconess Board and was known throughout the community for her ministry of encouragement — never letting a birthday, anniversary, or achievement pass without a handwritten card and a phone call.
