A Life Well Lived
Deacon Willie Grant served Friendship Baptist Church with quiet strength and deep faithfulness. Ordained as a deacon in 1985, he spent nearly four decades visiting the sick, comforting the bereaved, and being a steady hand of support for every pastor who led the congregation. A retired Marine and proud veteran, Deacon Grant brought the same discipline and dedication to his church service that he brought to his country. He was a man of few words but mighty actions.
